Rosalind Mumbi is a high energy and organized professional with 8+ years of multi-disciplinary experience in administration and operations management roles requiring advanced organization, prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.

Mumbi is the Operations Officer at SPARC. She ensures operational efficiency and serves as a day-to-day point of contact to Amref Business Support Units (i.e. Human Resource, IT, Finance and Procurement). She is a proactive problem solver with expertise in anticipating organizational needs while navigating complex administrative operations in a fast-paced environment. Recognized for improving procedural inefficiencies, office productivity, operational efficiency, and team collaboration.

In addition to this, Mumbi also contributes to SPARC’s sustainability drive by developing and implementing relevant tools, systems, and processes to institutionalize efficient operations.

Mumbi is currently pursuing an MBA from Kenyatta University and is a family-oriented individual who enjoys spending time with her family during her free time.
