Ebube supports the SPARC team with research, evidence synthesis and dissemination of learnings from SPARC projects. She also manages operations of the FORCE Community – SPARCs pool of Health systems strengthening experts on Strategic Health Purchasing, and supports operations of the Amref Health Financing Community of Practice.

Throughout her career, Ebubechi has focused on the strengthening of primary health care systems in Africa. She led several research projects on improving the uptake of vaccines, including the Alma Sana Vaccine Reminder Bracelet and the Missed Opportunities for Vaccination Evaluation project. She also supported the implementation of the Vaccine Indicator and Reminder project, amongst others. She most recently worked with Direct Consulting and Logistics, a Public Health Consultancy focused on immunization and primary health care systems strengthening.

Ebubechi holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Hull and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Ghana.

Since 2018, The Strategic Purchasing Africa Resource Center (SPARC) has been a unique and significant force in supporting countries within Sub-Sahara Africa (SSA) in crucial areas of strategic health purchasing (SHP), Healthcare Financing as they make progress towards the realization of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) goals. This initiative, a collaboration between Amref Health Africa and Results for Development (R4D), has made expertise in these areas more accessible and has been instrumental in the progress of the target countries.
