Jennifer Mamwa (Jenny)

Jennifer is a project manager and financial strategy executive with over 10-years’ experience. She has a strong drive to provide impactful sustainable solutions to clients in project management, financial advisory, business system analysis, strategy design and implementation, policy enactment, interrogation & implementation, and business leadership. She is skilled at managing versatile programs and coordinating complex projects. Jennifer has strong analytical and conceptual skills, strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

Jennifer is passionate about providing impactful solutions that will drive an organizations vision and mission. Being a transformational leader who employs her talents in project management, finance, strategy, organization leadership, and business operations impacts both the team and organization. With key specializations being:

• Programme leadership – Planning, budgeting, management, design and implementation,
• Operational excellence – process design and improvements,
• Capacity building– Curriculum development and deployment, course content development, leadership training, mentorship, SAP, online learning Platform,
• Finance – financial advisory, analysis and modelling and strategy design and implementation

She has worked with both local and international organizations, including Amref  Health Africa, Partnership for Health system strengthening in Africa (PHSSA) Programme- Programme Manager, Strengthening Crisis and Pandemic Prevention in Africa (SCPPA)-Project Manager, Amref International University, Mount Kenya University (MKU)- Senior Office Administrator DVC, APIA and Lecturer School of Business, Equip Africa Coaching and Mentorship lead for Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA). She is currently the Senior Officer, Coaching and Mentorship at SPARC.

Jennifer is a PhD holder in Business Administration who continuously thrives on improving her knowledge and skills. In addition, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration (BBA), Master’s in business administration (MBA), and an Executive Master’s of Business Administration (EMBA). She has also undertaken various trainings and participated in numerous conferences.
